This website collects only the information you choose to provide through the general contact form. The form is for appointment, fees, insurance, availability, and office-administration inquiries.
Please do not send sensitive health information
Do not include diagnoses, treatment details, crisis information, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, or other protected health information in the message field. The website does not accept completed intake forms or clinical documents.
Email delivery
Form submissions are sent to the Counseling Center’s approved office inbox through authenticated email transport. No submission content is intentionally stored in a public website database by this standalone bridge site. Sending this form does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Payments and analytics
This bridge site does not collect onsite payments and does not use analytics at launch. The Donate link opens the Center’s approved third-party donation service.
Emergencies
